THE FOUNDING MEMBERS OF WISPPA

PictureFrom left to right: Ellen Daigle, Gretchen Robinette, Barbara Sinclair, Mary Urquhart, Bianca Richards

WISPPA was founded in 2010 in response to a lack of transparency in our city government at that time.  We owe a very special thanks to Ellen Daigle, Gretchen Robinette, Barbara Sinclair, Mary Urquhart, and Bianca Richards for their hard work and vision.  Because these women cared about their community,  WISPPA is now a key organization in South Pasadena with over 80 members.   The accomplishments of these women and WISPPA are numerous.

The first official WISPPA meeting was held on March 6, 2010.  In addition to the founders,
the following were in attendance: Karen Bachand, Clarice Knapp, Lissa Reynolds, and
 Tiona Wierman.
